Expert terms

1. Verification

Experts must complete identity verification and qualification review per specialisation category. Approval may be withdrawn if documents expire or standards are breached. You must keep your credentials current.

2. Independent professional status

You act as an independent professional, responsible for your own registrations, insurance, social security and taxes. Nothing here creates employment with the platform.

3. Professional duties

You must perform engagements with the professional skill and care of your discipline, respect confidentiality of client data, and access client books only within the scope granted for the project.

4. Commissions and payouts

Commission rates depend on your level and are shown before you accept work; the rate in the agreement snapshot is final for that engagement. Payouts are released after client approval and the protection window, to the account you registered.

5. Own clients

Clients you demonstrably bring to the platform qualify for the reduced own-client commission where marked in your agreement.

6. Conduct

Soliciting off-platform payment for platform-initiated engagements, misrepresenting qualifications, or repeated unresolved disputes lead to suspension or removal.
